This role is responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with clients and project teams, overseeing field and laboratory operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.\nResponsibilities\nManage construction and materials testing projects\nManage project budgets and meet and interact with clients and design professionals\nCoordinate and oversee all field activities, including field technicians and inspectors\nVisit project sites to evaluate work being performed\nReview all project-related paperwork\nAssist in troubleshooting project-related issues\n Education\nB.S., B.A., or M.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field (preferred)\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of construction materials testing and inspection experience\n2+ years of materials testing and inspection project management experience\nDetail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nExperience in proposal preparation, including materials quantity take-offs\nDesired Skills\nLocal experience and familiarity with local codes and practices\nUnderstanding that this is not a general construction position\n The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 annually.
