This position plays a key role in supporting Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Business users by maintaining system functionality, providing reporting and data support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with process improvements.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience supporting ERP, CRM, and financial applications, possess a strong understanding of accounting processes, and be comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and business users across the organization.\nEssential Responsibilities\nApplication Support\nProvide day-to-day support for Deltek Vantagepoint users and related financial applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating to vendors when appropriate.\nSupport user setup, security roles, permissions, and system administration tasks.\nAssist with system upgrades, testing, patches, and new feature deployments.\nCreate and maintain user documentation, training materials, and support procedures.\nReporting & Data Analysis\nRun recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Leadership teams.\nAnalyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nAssist with report development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and distribution.\nSupport reporting initiatives using Deltek, SQL Server, SSRS, Excel, and other reporting tools.\nAccounting & Financial Systems Support\nSupport business processes related to:Project Accounting\nAccounts Receivable\nAccounts Payable\nBilling\nExpense Management\nTimesheets and Labor Reporting\nRevenue Recognition\n\nAssist users with troubleshooting financial transactions and workflow issues.\nPartner with Accounting and Finance teams to improve process efficiency and data quality.\nCash Application & Collections Support\nSupport cash application, collections, and accounts receivable systems.\nAssist with cash application processing, reconciliation, customer account maintenance, and reporting.\nTroubleshoot integration and data issues between ERP, banking, and cash application systems.\nSupport collections reporting, customer master data maintenance, and related AR processes.\nData Imports & Integrations\nPerform and support data imports, exports, and data conversion activities.\nValidate imported data and resolve import-related errors.\nAssist with data mapping and integration efforts between ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.\nSupport ongoing data governance and system maintenance initiatives.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.\n2-5 years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, or financial business applications.\nWorking knowledge of accounting and financial processes.\nExperience supporting end users in a business application environment.\nExperience supporting Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Importing and manipulating large datasets\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong customer service orientation and ability to work with users at all levels of the organization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting cash applications, collections, or accounts receivable platforms.\nKnowledge of project-based accounting and professional services organizations.\nExperience with reporting and business intelligence tools. \nExperience working in professional services, engineering, consulting, or acquisition-driven organization. \nExposure to system integrations, workflow automation, or financial reporting tools. \nTechnical Skills (Preferred)\nT-SQL / SQL Query
