Coordinate client visits by booking meeting rooms, arranging visitor access and ordering refreshments and lunches where required.

Issue signed final sampling reports and certification certificates to clients, ensuring all associated documentation has been completed and correctly archived.

Maintain accurate client and project information within company management systems, including the CRM and other departmental software.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency, client experience and commercial effectiveness.

Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

Essential Requirements:

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner and strong customer service focus.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
