If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself - keep reading.\n\nAbout the role:\nSocure is hiring a Market Development Representative to help generate qualified sales opportunities through thoughtful, relevant outbound.\nYou’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to research priority accounts, identify the right buyers, and start conversations that turn into qualified pipeline. We’re looking for curious, resourceful people who already use tools like Claude or ChatGPT to improve their work and want to bring that approach to sales.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn prospecting and follow-up across assigned focus accounts, partnering with your sales and marketing pod.\n\nEngage prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and warm introductions.\n\nUse Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to research accounts, prepare call plans, personalize outreach, and improve follow-up.\n\nTurn relevant signals, such as leadership changes, company news, and event engagement, into timely conversations.\n\nAdapt approved messaging to each prospect’s role, industry, and business priorities.\n\nQualify interest, uncover business needs, and book meetings with clear context and next steps for Account Executives.\n\nExecute outreach before and after conferences, webinars, and executive events.\n\nKeep Salesforce records accurate and share prospect feedback, objections, and campaign results with your team.\n\nTest new approaches and share effective prompts and workflows that help the team improve.\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nExperience in outbound sales, sales development, business development, or another role where you proactively created customer conversations.\n\nHands-on experience using generative AI for practical work. You can explain how you provide context, refine prompts, check facts, and improve the final result.\n\nClear, concise writing and confidence speaking with prospects by phone.\n\nGood judgment about what makes outreach relevant and when a prospect is worth pursuing.\n\nStrong organization, consistent follow-through, and ownership of your results.\n\nCuriosity, resilience, and a willingness to apply coaching and learn new tools.\n\nCare for accuracy and customer trust, including reviewing AI-generated content and using company information appropriately.\n\nHelpful experience:\nSalesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar prospecting tools.\n\nSelling into enterprise accounts or working with multiple stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, financial services, or compliance.\n\nCreating reusable AI prompts or simple workflows that improve research and outreach.\n\nHow we’ll measure success:\nYou’ll be evaluated on completed qualified meetings, conversion into qualified sales opportunities, contribution to outbound pipeline, and consistent execution across your accounts.
