If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself - keep reading.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager to help accelerate Socure’s emerging products across fraud, identity, and payments. The initial focus will be Account Intelligence, with the opportunity to expand into other consortium-powered products as the portfolio evolves.\nThis is a unique opportunity to shape and scale products in a complex, data-intensive space. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, establish the product vision and direction, and partner with Engineering and Data Science to bring new capabilities to market.\nThe ideal candidate has experience building data-driven B2B products, setting multi-year product strategies, and translating complex customer and technical problems into simple, scalable solutions. Relevant experience in payments, account verification, fraud, identity, or an adjacent financial-services domain is essential for success in this role.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine and drive the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Account Intelligence, initially focused on bank account status and ownership verification, with expansion into additional payment instruments and consortium-powered products.\n\nIdentify and lead new product opportunities from early customer discovery through launch, adoption, and scale.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and alternatives, using those insights to shape product priorities and differentiation.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering and Data Science to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and scalable solutions.\n\nLead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Operations.\n\nConduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and new growth opportunities.\n\nOwn the business performance of the product, including adoption, pricing, costs, revenue, and profitability.\n\nCommunicate complex product, data, and technical concepts in clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand terms.\n\nDrive organizational alignment and secure support for major product investments and long-term initiatives.\n\nWhat You Bring\n10+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex products or product portfolios.\n\nExperience defining multi-year product strategies and translating them into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead products from early-stage development through commercialization and scale.\n\nStrong customer orientation, with experience building direct relationships and using customer insights to guide product decisions.\n\nExperience working closely with Engineering and Data Science on data-intensive, API, platform, or AI/ML-powered products.\n\nStrong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to use data to prioritize investments, build business cases, and evaluate trade-offs.\n\nProven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting product strategy and priorities to executive audiences.\n\nAbility to operate with ownership and urgency in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n\nAbility to travel occasionally.\n\nExperience in payments, bank-account verification, fraud, identity, risk, fintech, or financial services.\n\nExperience building products that combine proprietary, partner, customer-contributed, or consortium data.\n\nFamiliarity with network effects, data partnerships, or products whose value increases as participation and data coverage grow.\n\nExperience launching products internationally or working across multiple markets and regulatory environments.\n\nExperience with SQL, analytics tools, experimentation, or model-performance measurement.\n\nAdvanced degree in a business, technical, or analytical discipline.\n\nSocure is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in all its forms within our company.
