Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We're looking for exceptional Site Reliability Engineers who take pride in building and operating mission-critical, production-grade systems. This role is for engineers who own what they build, thrive in high-pressure environments, and care deeply about reliability, automation, and operational excellence. You'll work at the intersection of AWS, Kubernetes, automation, and observability, with a strong focus on preventing incidents rather than reacting to them.

Responsibilities:

• Own and operate highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Design, manage, and continuously improve Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
• Improve production reliability using observability, automation, and SLOs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for safe and fast deployments.
• Define infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps.
• Participate in incident response, RCA, and long-term fixes.
• Raise operational standards through automation and best practices.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Cloud and Infrastructure:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (networking, IAM, compute, security).
• Solid experience using Terraform at scale.

Kubernetes:

• Strong Kubernetes fundamentals (internals, networking, storage, scheduling).
• Hands-on experience operating Amazon EKS in production.
• Proven ability to debug complex Kubernetes issues.

Programming and Automation:

• Proficiency in Python and Go.
• Strong automation mindset.

CI/CD and GitOps:

• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.

Observability:

• Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
• Experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• Experience defining and using SLIs/SLOs.
