management strategies.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and assign work effectively to maximize productivity and project success.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.\nDrive accountability across project teams while fostering collaboration and maintaining focus on key objectives and deliverables.\nCommunicate project status, priorities, milestones, and critical path activities to stakeholders at all levels.\nCreate transparency through integrated project plans, structured governance, and clear reporting practices.\nIdentify gaps in project delivery processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.\nOptimize project schedules, resource utilization, and delivery methodologies to reduce risk and improve project performance.\nEnsure project activities align with organizational goals, strategic priorities, and client expectations.\nStandardize project management tools, templates, and best practices across the organization.\nCollaborate with sales and proposal teams to develop project plans, resource requirements, and implementation timelines for prospective clients.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS, software implementation, or technology consulting environment.\nPMP certification, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.\nExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools.\nExperience with enterprise software implementations.\nExperience managing full lifecycle SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation projects.\nExperience leading global or distributed project teams.\nAdditional Requirements\nDemonstrated success managing 3-4 concurrent projects.\nExperience delivering at least four full lifecycle implementation
