This position balances frontline cleaning work with team coordination, quality oversight, and safety compliance. The role ensures consistent service delivery while providing direct leadership and support to janitorial staff.\nShift 6 pm till 2 am Monday - Friday\nEnsure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly, and that any defects or issues are promptly reported and addressed.\nConduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained, and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly.\nMonitor and track the use of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure that all inventory levels are maintained according to company standards.\nTrain janitorial staff in proper cleaning techniques, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.\nEnsure that all janitorial staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and environmental policies.\nCollaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cleaning activities do not interfere with production or other operations.\nMaintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including cleaning logs, work orders, and inspection reports.\nParticipates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments\n What You’ll Need to Succeed:\nCollege diploma or equivalent; or high school degree with significant experience in Janitorial or custodial work or related field is required.\nAt least 3 years of experience in janitorial or custodial work, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to train and develop employees, and to build and maintain effective teams.\nAbility to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with others.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with janitorial work.\n What Makes Sodexo Different:\nWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater because we believe our everyday actions have a big impact.
