You’ll be part of a team that supports every corner of the healthcare experience - enhancing the well-being of patients, families, staff, and the wider community every day.\nAs a Kitchen Helper, you will:\nDishwashing\n\nDaily, Weekly, Monthly cleaning of equipment and food service areas\n\nTaking orders and serving customers\n\nOffer customers friendly and professional service at all times\n\nEnsure that food served meets service standards\n\nSupporting the safety program in the unit\n\nAssist chefs in the production of menu items as assigned\n\nMaintain safety standards that meet or exceed those of the client, the Health Service\n\nPerform any other duties that may be required from time to time by the supervisor (e.g., cooking, cashier duties, etc.)\n\nPutting away orders (first in first out)\n\n What You Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nOne to two years of desired experience, functional knowledge of food preparation and knowledge of the environment/cooking equipment\n\nA team-first attitude and strong communication skills\n\nPhysical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods)\n\nCommitment to safety, respect, and inclusion\n\n Why Sodexo?\nBecause we bring the best of everyday to healthcare spaces.
