We are looking for a Sodexo Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time postion\nAs a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will always provide the highest quality of customer service, while working for Sodexo. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.\nAccountabilities/Responsibilities ( includes but is not limited to):\nServes as a lead supervisory position in guiding and assisting in the training of less experienced Starbucks team members.\nAssist with preparing and serving all menu items according to Starbucks Standards and operating procedures.\nComfortable rectifying customer complaints, problem solving and decision making in the absence of a manager.\nComfortable assisting staff with problems in a professional and courteous manner.\nWill have oversight of staff and assignment of tasks.\nDirect and assign duties to staff on an as need basis including assigning opening, closing and side duties\nEnsuring that all stations are clean, well stocked and maintained.\nMaintains cleanliness throughout shift.\nCompletes periodic inventory and orders supplies as needed\nEnsure correct ordering procedures\nFollows all breakage and spillage procedures.\nCompletes Audits of all F&B areas.\nMaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.\nMaintain complete knowledge of equipment use and ensuring constant maintenance and upkeep of items.\n.Completes the end of day reporting\nWhat you need for this role:\nMinimum 2-year supervisory experience in a fast food quick serve industry\nMust have knowledge on how to operate and program a point of sales (POS) preferably Micros. \nExperience directing staff in a courteous and professional manner\nMust be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent data.\nMust be legally eligible to work in Canada.\nEmbodies our value behaviors: Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and the Spirit of Progress\n Food Safe Level 1 and WHIMIS certification up to date an asset \nSKILLS\nValue Behaviors:\nServing Clients and Customers\nIntegrity\nFlexibility\nAnalysis and Decision Making\nQuality Assurance and Safety\nDiversity Awareness\nDrive and Dependability\nInterpersonal Relations\nCommunication\nSodexo is committed to Employment Equity and Diversity.
