As the global leader in services that improve the Quality of Life, we operate in 55 countries, serving over 100 million consumers each day through our unique combination of On-Site Food and FM Services, Benefits & Rewards Services and Personal & Home Services.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\nThe Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day workplace operations, meeting and event services, office technology, purchasing, vendor coordination, Kronos administration, and basic financial processes for the Mississauga site.\nAs a Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator, you will:\nManage meeting room setup and workplace services operations.\nCoordinate meetings, Town Halls, employee events and training sessions.\nProvide A/V and office equipment support and coordinate vendor services.\nOrder office supplies and maintain inventory levels.\nProcess purchase orders, obtain vendor quotations and track invoices.\nAdminister POS and company store pricing updates.\nSupport Kronos/UKG timekeeping, attendance tracking and reporting.\nAssist with invoice reconciliation, expense tracking and budget monitoring.\nConduct workplace inspections and support health and safety initiatives.\nSupport onboarding activities and workplace orientations.\n What You’ll Need to Succeed\n3+ years of experience in workplace services, office operations, facilities, hospitality, or event coordination.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nExperience working with vendors, purchase orders and invoices.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nExperience using Kronos or UKG workforce management systems.\nBasic finance and accounting knowledge including invoice processing, reconciliations, budget tracking and vendor payments.\nExperience supporting events and A/V technology.\nHealth and Safety experience is an asset.\n What Makes Sodexo Different:\nWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater because we believe our everyday actions have a big impact.
