The role combines strong functional expertise with a Product Owner mindset to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions while ensuring adherence to Sodexo's ERP core model and architecture standards.\n\nFunctional Scope : \n\n- Master Data Management (MDM).\n\n- Procure-to-Pay (P2P).\n\n- Source-to-Contract (S2C).\n\nTechnology Landscape : \n\n- SAP S/4HANA.\n\n- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).\n\n- Ivalua.\n\n- Exposure to AI, Data & Digital initiatives in the Supply domain.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Conduct business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.\n\n- Design end-to-end ERP solutions covering configuration, integrations, and data flows.\n\n- Create and review functional specifications, process maps, and solution blueprints.\n\n- Ensure alignment with Sodexo's ERP core model and architectural standards.\n\n- Engage with business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.\n\n- Support change management and drive stakeholder alignment.\n\n- Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Integration teams.\n\n- Collaborate with SAP, D365, and Ivalua CoEs to ensure governance and solution consistency.\n\n- Participate in ERP governance forums and design authority discussions.\n\nMust-Have Experience : \n\n- 10+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement IT experience.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, D365, and/or Ivalua.\n\n- Experience as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, or Solution Lead.\n\n- Successful ERP implementation and rollout experience in multinational organizations.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and vendors.\n\nKey Skills : \n\nFunctional : \n\n- Supply Chain & Procurement processes.\n\n- ERP Solution Design & Configuration.\n\n- Business Analysis &
