governance, standards, and best practices across Digital & AI initiatives.\n\n- Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and automation testing.\n\n- Establish and drive test automation frameworks and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure product health and delivery performance.\n\n- Oversee quality audits, risk assessments, defect management, and release readiness processes.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Delivery, and Vendor teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a quality-first culture across teams.\n\n- Manage vendor quality performance and ensure alignment with organizational quality objectives.\n\n- Mentor and guide QA professionals while building high-performing quality engineering practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Testing Leadership roles.\n\n- Strong experience defining and executing QA strategies for enterprise-scale digital products.\n\n- Expertise in test automation, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.\n\n- Hands-on experience with API, Integration, Functional, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.\n\n- Knowledge of quality assurance practices for Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.\n\n- Experience with test management, defect tracking, quality metrics, and governance frameworks.\n\n- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and release management processes.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\n- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional
