What’s the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager (WEFM) to lead the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-quality workplace environment. This role combines facilities management with workplace experience, ensuring workplaces support employee productivity, wellbeing and organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality workplace experience aligned with organisational culture and business goals.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
• Manage vendors and contracts, ensuring strong performance, compliance and value.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across workplace facilities.
• Drive sustainability, resource efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

• Experience in facilities management, workplace experience or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of workplace operations, health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contractors and service contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a high-quality workplace experience.
