We are a small, hands-on team bringing battery products from development and testing into production and real-world customer deployments.\nThe OpportunityWe are looking for two Product & Project Engineers to join our growing team.\nReporting directly to the CTO, you will take day-to-day engineering responsibility for an assigned battery product line while managing technical and project delivery for at least one major customer account.\nThis is a hands-on role that combines practical engineering with project management. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from component selection and testing to supplier coordination, customer deployments and field troubleshooting.\nWhat You'll DoMaintain product specifications, technical documentation and engineering revisions.\n\nWork with battery cell, BMS and enclosure suppliers on samples, design changes and quality issues.\n\nConduct hands-on battery testing, analyse results and prepare engineering reports.\n\nManage the day-to-day technical and project delivery for major customer accounts, including requirements, milestones, risks, stakeholder coordination and customer updates.\n\nSupport product certification, customer trials, deployments and investigations of field failures.\n\nTravel to China for supplier and factory reviews, and within Southeast Asia for customer visits and project support.\n\nUse AI tools for research, documentation and data analysis, ensuring outputs are properly verified.\n\nWhat We're Looking ForSingapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to customer-site and defence-related project access requirements.\n\nDiploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.\n\nConfident spoken Mandarin for technical discussions with China-based suppliers, and good English communication skills.\n\nBasic understanding of batteries and aptitude for hands-on testing and troubleshooting.\n\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and follow through on customer projects.\n\nWillingness to travel to China and within Southeast Asia as required.\n\nComfortable using AI tools as part of everyday engineering work.\n\nAn advantage, but not essential: Relevant projects or experience involving batteries, EVs or energy storage systems;
