Identify faulty goods and prevent shrinkage.\n· Handle all cash transactions in compliance with internal procedures.\nTeam Leadership & HR Management\n· Train, guide, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.\n· Communicate key messages and foster team engagement.\n· Identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team.\n· Recruit, schedule, and manage staff while ensuring compliance
