An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is a plus\n- Experience developing compensation programs for a multinational organization, including familiarity with country-specific compensation practices and structures\n- Experience modeling stock-based compensation expense, equity usage, dilution, or related financial impacts in partnership with Finance or Accounting\n- Direct experience supporting compensation programs in Latin America, including markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, and Uruguay\n- Experience using major compensation surveys and data providers, such as Radford, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, or McLagan\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into practical recommendations\n- At least six years of broad-based compensation experience, including at least three years of direct experience developing job architecture, compensation structures, and market benchmarking frameworks.
