You find out what customers and Product Owners actually need, turn that into requirements the team can build, and help decide how Miles should change to fit. \nA lot of that work happens with AI. We're building AI into every stage of our product development lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to specification, testing and documentation. You'll use AI agents to research a domain, analyse processes and draft or challenge requirements. You still check the result, and you own it. \nWhat you’ll do...\nTranslate business processes into structured requirements, epics and user stories, with acceptance criteria clear enough for both developers and AI agents to work from; \nUse AI tools throughout your analysis: exploring the domain, modelling processes, drafting stories and specifications, and reviewing what the AI produces before it reaches the team; \nSpot gaps in the current Miles offering and propose solutions that fit the market and can realistically be built; \nHelp Product Owners prioritise, based on a solid understanding of customer needs, the market and product strategy; \nTake an active part in Scrum ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives; \nKeep stakeholders informed and aligned on what's coming next; \nShare what works when using AI for analysis, so your team and the wider Product organisation can learn from it. \nYou think analytically and enjoy digging into complex problems until the patterns show. You work well in cross-functional, international teams, you listen carefully, and you can explain things clearly to business people and engineers alike. When a topic gets vague, you're the one who brings structure. \nYou don't need to be an AI expert from day one. We care more about curiosity, sound judgement and a good grasp of the business behind the software. \nWhat you bring...\nExperience as a Business Analyst in a software product or delivery environment; \nExperience in automotive finance, leasing, fleet management or mobility is a strong plus;\nKnowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements in leasing and financial services;\nSkills in business process modelling, requirements elicitation and documentation, using tools like Draw.io, Figma or Visio;\nComfort working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira and Confluence;\nHands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work, or a real wish to build that experience.
