Automated deployment is key from day one. \nDesign, build, and operate the AI Cloud platform: standardized, single-tenant customer environments run by SOFICO in Azure.\nBuild and maintain the automated \"instance factory\" for rapid, secure provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management of customer instances.\nOwn Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and GitOps practices end to end, from design through daily operation.\nDrive platform standardization: handle customer-specific requirements through configuration, not custom infrastructure.\nDesign secure, reliable connectivity between AI Cloud and the rest of Miles Enterprise, parts of which run on-premise or at customer sites.\nOwn platform reliability, security, and observability: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and continuous improvement.\nApply the technical standards and foundations for Cloud Ops for Miles Enterprise to the Data & AI team's artifacts.\nWhat You Bring\nSenior-level, hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Ops, DevOps, or SRE - comfortable owning a platform end to end, with help from our Cloud Ops specialists.\nProven track record operating and scaling production SaaS or cloud-native platforms.\nStrong background automating infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operations at scale.\nConfidentsetting technical direction and standards solo today, with the appetite to mentor and grow a team once one exists.\nKnowledge & Skills\nInfrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Ansible, or similar.\nKubernetes, Helm, Docker, and cloud-native platforms.\nCI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based deployment automation.\nSolid Azure experience; exposure to Azure AI services is a strong plus.\nObservability: monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response.\nOperating multi-tenant / multi-customer platforms: tenant isolation, secrets management, fleet-wide upgrades.\nSecure connectivity between cloud and on-premise or customer-hosted environments - needed from day one to integrate with the rest of Miles Enterprise.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management; you'll work directly with product, AI engineering, and, eventually, the wider Miles Ops organisation.\nPlus: cloud cost optimization experience.\nWhat's in it for you… \nCompetitive salary package.\nMeal vouchers allowance provided per working day.\nHospitalisation and group insurance\nHybrid working and flexible hours, giving you the freedom to shape your workday.\nA modern co-working space offering a comfortable working environment.\nA structured onboarding program from day one, with a dedicated coach to help you get up to speed and grow in your role.\nRegular opportunities to connect beyond day-to-day work - casual drinks, team activities, and company-wide events.\nReady to build the secure and deterministic capabilities behind the next generation of mobility software?
