In this role, you'll take ownership of the performance strategy across our platform, ensuring our applications remain scalable, resilient, and efficient as they grow. You ensure the performance, scalability, stability, and reliability of our solutions through a combination of proactive performance engineering, architectural guidance, and reactive troubleshooting.\nWorking across the full technology stack, you assess and optimize performance at the database, API, application, and user interface levels. You collaborate closely with development, product, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to design scalable solutions, identify performance risks early, and resolve complex performance challenges.\nYour main responsibilities : \nDefine and evolve the organization'sperformance testing and performance engineering strategy.\nDesign and execute proactive performance assessments across database, API, application, and UI layers to identify risks and bottlenecks before they impact users.\nLead root cause analysis of complex performance issues and provide architectural recommendations to improve system efficiency.\nDesign, oversee, and executeload, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to validate platform resilience.\nEstablish performance standards, benchmarks, and non-functional requirements for products and releases.\nGuide development teams on performancebest practices, code optimization, observability, and scalable architecture design.\nCollaborate with product, development, cloud operations, and customer support teams to ensure performance considerations are embedded throughout the software lifecycle.\nSupport customers and internal stakeholders in diagnosing and resolving business-critical performance challenges.\nManage and continuously improve performance testing environments, tooling, and monitoring capabilities.\nAnalyze, optimize, and govern batch processing workloads to maximize stability, throughput, and resource utilization.\nMentor colleagues and promote a culture of performance engineering excellence across the organization.\nWhat you'll bring...\nYou have a passion for solving complex performance challenges and improving software efficiency, combined with a critical and analytical mindset.\nMust have : \nHands-on experience with DB, API, and UI performance testing & optimization.\nStrong analytical skills for identifying bottlenecks.\nAccuracy and diligence in fine-tuning complex systems.\nCollaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.\nProactive problem-solving mindset.\nStrong communication for translating performance insights.\nEagerness for continuous learning.\nExperience in toolslike JMeter, K6, Dynatrace, … is essential.\nISTQB CTFL 4.0 certification mandatory, ISTQB CT-PT certification recommended\nWhat's in it for you ... \nJoin an international, multicultural company with more than 35 years of experience, which doubles in size every 5 years.
