You play a key role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards while collaborating closely with analysts, developers, and fellow testers across teams.\nYour Role\nAs a Senior Functional Tester, you are responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of new and existing features within Miles.\nYou will:\nDesign, document and execute functional test scenarios and test cases\n\nAnalyze business and functional requirements and translate them into structured test approaches\n\nDetect, document and follow up on defects in close collaboration with development teams\n\nContribute to test automation initiatives and help improve automation frameworks\n\nSupport integration, regression, and performance testing activities\n\nCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases\n\nSafeguard QA standards, best practices and contribute to continuous improvement\n\nTake ownership of testing initiatives within your domain\n\nAs you grow further in this role, you will:\nLead testing efforts across projects or domains\n\nDefine and improve quality standards and testing strategies\n\nMentor junior testers and share best practices\n\nStrengthen automation and performance testing capabilities within the team\n\nYour Interests and Skills\nQuality is your passion.
