Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.\nAs a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play a key role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nAnalyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.\nAssess existing Miles functionality and propose effective solution directions.\nDevelop, execute and document configuration solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders.\nConduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions.\nEnsure timely delivery and successful handover of solutions to customers.\nSupport data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions.\nCollaborate with Product Managers to align project solutions with the product’s roadmap and future developments.\nMentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.\nLead workshops and customer engagements to drive solution adoption and success.\nYour skills and interests:\nYou like to work on impactful projects in a dynamic and innovative environment, and are driven by collaboration with passionate professionals and contributing to delivering solutions that drive customer success.\nWhat else is expected:\nBusiness fluent in English.\nProven experience in a configuration or implementation consulting role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.\nFamiliar with software implementation lifecycle.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nProficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation.\nExperience in leading projects or mentoring team members is a strong advantage.\n\nWhat we offer\nWe would like to welcome you to an international and multicultural company that has been operating for over 30 years and is doubling in size every 5 years.
