You define and monitor SLOs/SLAs, lead incident triage and root cause analyses (RCA), and build end-to-end observability across our platforms.\nKey Technologies: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, FluentBit, Zabbix, OpsGenie, Linux, Bash/Python/Go.\n Platform Automation Team (PAT)\n What you’ll do: Drive engineering speed and reliability through self-service internal developer tooling and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You build CI/CD delivery pipelines, manage GitOps configurations, and automate container workloads.\n Key Technologies: Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Flux / ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, Atlantis, Docker / Podman, GitHub Actions, HashiCorp Vault.\n Platform Infrastructure Team (PIT)\nWhat you’ll do: Scale and manage our hybrid cloud, on-prem virtual environments, core network topology, and enterprise databases. You ensure optimal capacity, manage perimeter security, and oversee OS lifecycles.\n Key Technologies: Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), VMware, Nutanix, Oracle DB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, GoldenGate, Cloudflare (WAF/Tunnels), IPSEC VPNs, Foreman, Veeam.\n Platform Operations / Business as Usual (BAU)\n What you’ll do: Ensure stable day-to-day platform operations without the overhead of engineering new automation or tools.
