In this role, you’ll ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction post-implementation. Acting as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, you will organize, monitor, and optimize service delivery processes while fostering strong relationships. \nWhat you'll do... \nPost Go-Live Support & Operational Cooperation: \nSetting up and managing service support and cooperation models post-Go-Live. \nEnsuring operational tools (e.g., SD, SP) are established and functional for smooth collaboration. \nDefining and tracking KPIs/metrics (e.g., SLA, WIP) aligned with contractual agreements and operational needs. \nLeading regular operational meetings with customers to review performance, quality, and SLA compliance. \nCoordination and Monitoring: \nManaging critical issues, change requests, or larger customer initiatives, ensuring proper escalation to Project Managers when needed. \nSupporting the team in resolving issues and maintaining effective communication with the customer. \nMonitoring the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of services delivered to customers. \nAddressing operational challenges (e.g., reliability, capacity) with the team and ensuring actions are taken. \nReporting and Invoicing: \nGenerating SLA and other customer-specific reports for internal and external use. \nReviewing time entries and preparing outgoing invoices for professional services delivered. \nMonitoring customer contract counts and supporting Account Managers with purchase order processes. \nWhat you bring... \nYou are a born organizer using the tools at your disposal (Excel, Jira, MS Projects, etc.) and can keep track of a lot of different topics at the same time. \nA strong accuracy skill is needed to perform the administrative tasks for which you will be responsible. \nYou have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship management and influencing skills.
