We are committed to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.\nSofidel America is seeking an Automatic Warehouse Process Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing performance of automated warehouse operations at our Inola, OK facility. This role is key in maintaining and improving the efficiency of our automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a technologically advanced logistics environment.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport the configuration, operation, and maintenance of automated warehouse systems (AS/RS).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, IT, and operations to enhance system integration and performance.\nMonitor system efficiency and reliability, identifying and resolving operational issues proactively.\nLead initiatives for continuous process improvement focused on safety, performance, and cost efficiency.\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades.\nTrain warehouse personnel on automation-related procedures, system use, and troubleshooting best practices.\nMaintain accurate documentation of processes, technical procedures, and system configurations.\nEnsure adherence to safety regulations, operational standards, and compliance guidelines.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse automation, process engineering, or logistics operations.\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS/RS technology preferred.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced
