Position Overview Sofidel America, a leading manufacturer of tissue products committed to sustainability and operational excellence, is seeking a Finished Goods Supervisor to join our Warehouse team. The Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the warehouse materials, staff, and overhead expenses. You will develop and lead a high-performance team that is motivated, innovative, and supports personal development. Ensuring that all team members follow all health and safety procedures and regulations Job Responsibilities Responsible for leading, training, and developing 50 - 60 associates (finished goods, raw materials, pulp, and parent reels). Available to support 24/7 operation. Must be willing to work off hours when needed. At times will require late nights and weekends. to identify inventory discrepancies and assist in monthly and quarterly cycle counts. (Inventories may be scheduled on the weekends, and the end of year inventory is the second Saturday of December) Partner with converting and paper machine supervisors to ensure alignment of daily needs, internal and external, while continuously aiding in the improvement processes and efficiencies of shippin
