Sofidel America is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team in Duluth, MN. The Converting Operator is responsible for safely operating and monitoring converting and packaging equipment to produce high-quality paper products that meet customer specifications. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will work closely with other operators, maintenance, quality, and production teams. You’ll receive training on our equipment and processes while developing valuable technical and machine-operation skills. Compensation: $25.85/hour Job Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Supports Sofidel America’s Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary and hygienically sound workplace.
