Through the Papernet brand, we serve the Away-from-Home sector, providing quality solutions for businesses and public spaces.\nWherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday life!\nPURPOSE\nTo manage and monitor the spare parts warehouse in compliance with Group procedures.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nEnsures the correct management of the physical and IT flows of spare parts in and out of the warehouse\nEnsures the activation of the coding request for all spare parts\nEnsures the organisation of the warehouse in compliance with corporate guidelines\nEnsures the monitoring of the warehouse in terms of tidiness and cleanliness\nContinuously monitors inventory by correcting physical/accounting discrepancies\nEnsures management of the flow of prices of disassembled spare parts to be repaired or scrapped\nEnsures the drafting of the relevant reports\nEnsures the application of the Group's procedures to activities\nPromotes continuous improvement activities\nResponsible for collaborators’ professional growth, valorisation and motivation\nPromotes a corporate culture based on safety\nPromotes Corporate Principles and Values\n.\nSofidel UK are seeking an experienced and motivated spare parts warehouse supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our spare parts warehouse in our busy Baglan plant.\nRequirements:\nExperience in warehouse supervisory role (ideally within manufacturing, spare parts environment or similar environment)\nAbility to manage people\nKnowledge of stock control and inventory management systems\nGood organisational and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage a team\nCompetent in IT systems (e.g. SAP or similar systems desirable)\nUnderstanding of health & safety requirements within a warehouse setting\nWhat We Offer:\nA full-time employment -
