Non-stop.\nTemporary Youth Programs Lead Coordinator\nLocation: South Gate, CA\nCompensation: $46,000-$50,000 annualized, prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment\nPosition Type: Temporary\nAbout the Role\nSofive is looking for a Temporary Youth Programs Lead Coordinator to support the leadership and day-to-day execution of our Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute programs in South Gate.\nThis role combines coaching, leadership, sales, customer service, and program operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, professional, and passionate about creating a high-quality experience for players, families, and coaches.\nThe position will play an important role in maintaining program quality, supporting enrollment growth, and ensuring strong day-to-day execution throughout the temporary assignment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProgram Growth & Customer Experience\nSupport registration growth for Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute.\nManage and follow up on free trials, open houses, and new customer opportunities.\nTrack attendance, revenue, retention, enrollment, and key program goals.\nBuild strong relationships with players and families.\nDeliver a professional and consistent customer experience.\nProgram Operations\nManage registrations, payments, attendance, scheduling, and program communication.\nKeep equipment, uniforms, and program supplies organized and available.\nEnsure each class and program session is prepared and ready to operate.\nSupport facility needs connected to youth programming.\nHelp maintain consistent execution of Sofive and program standards.\nCoach Leadership\nSupport the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of youth coaches.\nObserve classes and provide constructive feedback to coaches.\nSet the standard for energy, professionalism, organization, and coaching quality.\nHelp manage coach schedules and coverage.\nLead Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute classes when needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPassion for soccer and youth development.\nCoaching, youth programming, or sports leadership experience preferred.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to stay organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.\nPositive, energetic, and professional attitude.\nAbility to lead, support, and develop coaches.\nSales, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus.\nSpanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.\nFlexibility to work evenings and weekends based on program needs.\nWhy Join Sofive\nCompetitive compensation.\nHands-on experience across coaching, sales, leadership, and operations.\nOpportunity to work within a growing national soccer organization.\nExposure to senior leadership and facility operations.\nDirect impact on players, families, coaches, and the local soccer community.\nAbout Sofive\nSofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, with state-of-the-art soccer centers across the country.
