and efficient IT support to employees, via phone, email, and in-person, addressing a wide range of technical issues \nManage the new Team Members’ onboarding, offboarding activities such as setting up user accounts, access privileges, and IT equipment \nMaintain IT inventory and manage equipment lifecycle and optimize purchases and budget \nDocument and Maintain IT knowledge base such as processes, user guides \nConduct effective training sessions and provide guidance to employees, on day-to-day digital security, the use of software, applications, and IT systems Monitor and maintain the company's IT inventory, including hardware and software assets \nCollaborate with the IT team and Vendors to identify and resolve any incidents and system-wide problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations \nStay up to date with the latest technological trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements for IT and Digital work \nEscalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team as needed \nPeriodical reports on infrastructure parameters and actions \nRequirements\n2 years of experience in a similar position and one year in an administrative position \nTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues \nExcellent knowledge of computers, business software applications \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nSelf-taught, ability to learn, adapt and stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends \nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical users \nAbility to effectively communicate with the team \nSelf-driven, calm, person of character, kind, positive \nThorough, analytical skills, shows initiative \nNice to Have\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field \nprevious experience in a similar position \nKnowledge and practical experience with ITIL framework \nCertifications and Qualifications
