The successful candidate will bring sound legal judgment, a pragmatic business mindset and the confidence to lead complex negotiations and advise senior stakeholders.\nProvide senior legal advice to the Managing Director, leadership team and business functions on commercial, contractual, corporate and regulatory matters.\nEnsure appropriate legal support in relation to EU laws and regulations, as well as applicable national legislation across the countries within the SOFMEDICA region.\nMonitor changes in legislation and relevant industry regulations, assess their potential impact on the business and provide timely, practical advice to management.\nDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, sales and customer agreements, financing agreements, service contracts, confidentiality agreements and other business-critical arrangements.\nLead and support complex commercial negotiations, ensuring an appropriate balance between protecting the company's interests and achieving its commercial objectives.\nIdentify and assess contractual and legal risks and provide clear, pragmatic recommendations to enable informed business decisions.\nEnsure contractual arrangements comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and appropriately protect the company's commercial and legal interests.\nProvide advice on key contractual provisions, including liability, indemnities, warranties, termination rights, payment terms, guarantees and dispute-resolution mechanisms.\nManage relationships with external lawyers and legal advisors across the region, engaging specialist expertise and local representation where required.\nCoordinate external legal counsel in relation to litigation, disputes, claims and other legal matters, ensuring effective management of legal risk, cost and outcomes.\nAdvise on corporate governance matters and support compliance with company policies, governance requirements and ethical standards.\nAdvise on OneSofMedica corporate legal documentation, working closely with the Corporate Officer and other relevant stakeholders.\nSupport the drafting, implementation and periodic review of internal policies, procedures, contract templates and legal standards.\nSupport strategic projects, transactions and business initiatives by identifying legal implications early and helping the business develop practical solutions.\nBuild legal awareness across the organization by providing clear guidance to commercial and operational teams on contractual and legal matters.\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Law and strong professional legal credentials.\nSignificant experience in a senior in-house legal, commercial counsel or comparable legal advisory position.\nStrong expertise in commercial law, contract drafting and complex contract negotiation.\nExperience working within an international or multi-jurisdictional business environment, ideally involving EU regulatory frameworks.\nStrong understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters and the ability to coordinate specialist advice across different jurisdictions.\nDemonstrated ability to identify material legal and contractual risks while maintaining a pragmatic and commercially oriented approach.\nConfidence in negotiating directly with customers, suppliers, financial institutions, business partners and external legal counsel.\nAbility to translate complex legal issues into clear recommendations and practical business solutions.\nStrong stakeholder-management skills and the credibility to advise and challenge senior management when required.\nHigh degree of autonomy, ownership, integrity and professional judgment.\nExcellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken;
