Our in-depth industry knowledge and technical expertise , flexible delivery models help customers harness the best out of their IT investments by creating a reliable and scalable infrastructure.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Pre-sales Engineer \n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n Soft Intelligent Machines is seeking an experienced Pre-salesto join our innovative team.\n\n This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology and problem-solving.\n\n The successful candidate will support the sales process by understanding client needs, providing product insights, and helping deliver solutions that drive business growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Support the Sales team by providing technical expertise during client meetings, calls and demos.\n\n Understand customer's needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions and product demonstrations.\n\n Prepare and deliver product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to prospective clients.\n\n Address technical objections and questions raised by prospects during the sales process.\n\n Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical information and documentation.\n\n Collaborate with sales team to develop proposals, technical documentation and solution architecture.\n\n Support post-sales handsoff by ensuring smooth transition of technical requirements to implementation/support teams\n\nQualifications\n\n Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, informatio technology, Engineering or a related field.\n\n 1 -
