Summary\nThe Product Operations role supports Soft Space's Product Development team by managing product processes, governance, reporting and documentation to ensure smooth and efficient operations.\nWorking closely with Product Managers, Engineering and other teams, the role focuses on tracking product initiatives, improving workflows and introducing automation to enhance efficiency and support effective product delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Product Development governance by maintaining standard processes, workflows, templates and operating procedures.\nCoordinate product planning, roadmap reviews, prioritisation discussions and governance activities.\nTrack product initiatives, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and priorities across product teams.\nSupport Product Managers in maintaining structured requirements, product documentation and prioritisation records.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, trackers and management reports to provide visibility into product progress and operational performance.\nMaintain product documentation, knowledge repositories and standards to ensure information is accurate, accessible and up to date.\nManage and improve product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and other collaboration platforms.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.\nCoordinate with Product, Engineering, Business, Operations and other stakeholders to track actions, resolve blockers and ensure timely follow-ups.\nIdentify process gaps and drive continuous improvements in product governance, reporting and ways of working.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nMust-Have:\n2-5 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, PMO or related roles.\nExperience supporting product development, technology or software delivery teams.\nGood understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies and operational processes.\nExperience coordinating multiple initiatives, stakeholders, priorities and dependencies.\nExperience managing documentation, workflows, trackers, reporting or process improvements.\nAbility to organise complex information into clear processes, reports and actionable follow-ups.\nStrong analytical, organisational, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, ownership and follow-through skills.\nNice-to-Have:\nExperience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services or technology platforms.\nExperience supporting product governance, portfolio management or roadmap coordination.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Notion or similar tools.\nExperience building dashboards, management reports or portfolio tracking.\nExposure to workflow automation, AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms.\nKnowledge of payment ecosystems, including merchant acquiring, issuing, digital wallets or
