This role requires working on-site at the client's location every day and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy Pega applications. \nDevelop and implement Pega applications.\nCustomize and configure Pega solutions.\nIntegrate Pega with other systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues.\nEnsure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; or 7+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree\nProven experience with Pega PRPC.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nPega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.\nExperience with Pega Architecture (Intermediate)\nExperience with Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate)\nExperience with Pega Platform (Intermediate)\nMust be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.\nMust be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.\nAbout Us\nSoft Tech Consulting, Inc. is a woman and minority-owned small business headquartered in Chantilly, VA.
