ensure unified performance tracking, seamless attribution, and efficient cross-channel growth.\nServe as the team's internal App PPC expert, establishing best practices, designing training frameworks, and upskilling team members on mobile acquisition tactics.\nContinually analyze campaign metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV), manage monthly budgets, and reallocate spend toward top-performing tactics to maximize profit margins.\nEnsure all paid search ads and creative assets comply with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements across various licensed European and US markets.\nRun continuous A/B tests on ad copy, App Store Optimization alignment, creative assets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.\nPartner closely with Design, Product, BI, and Analytics teams to optimize landing pages, store listings, and tracking attribution setups.\nRequirements\n2-3+ years of direct, hands-on experience running user acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Search platforms (Google & ASA).\nDemonstrated experience in both App and Web acquisition.\nProven track record running compliant, high-performing campaigns in licensed/regulated European and/or US markets.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field preferred (strong numerical and data analysis skills are essential).\nProficiency with Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular, as well as web analytics platforms.\nNice-to-Haves\nPrior performance marketing experience within the
