management reports, KPI packages, variance analyses and commentary for the management team and shareholders.\nIn consultation with the CEO, you will draw up budgets, rolling forecasts and integrated planning for the profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statement.- You will plan liquidity and working capital.\nYou will be responsible for deal and margin controlling by order, market, product and sales division, as a basis for pricing and sales decisions.\n You will prepare the monthly financial statements, prepare the annual accounts in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and work closely with tax advisers and auditors.\nYou will manage the order-to-cash process - from order processing through invoicing to receivables management - and continuously optimise it.\nYou will prepare the commission statements for our sales team.\nYou will manage our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot systems - covering data quality, interfaces, automation and BI reporting using Power BI.\nYou will prepare financial figures for shareholders, banks and auditors, and support the management team on financing, M&A and due diligence matters.\n You will further develop the financial processes for our markets in Italy, Spain and France.\nYour profile\nA successfully completed degree in economics specialising in management accounting, finance or accounting, or a comparable qualification (e.g. IHK-certified accountant or controller).\nAt least 4 years’ professional experience in management accounting and finance, including several years in a managerial role.\nExperience in the private equity sector, transaction services, auditing or a comparable shareholder-facing reporting environment.\nProficiency in preparing financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), budgeting, forecasting and integrated financial planning.\nPractical experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV - knowledge of HubSpot and Power BI is an advantage.\nVery good Excel skills - you will build planning models.\nExperience in a trading or sales organisation dealing with individual orders, ideally in the software or IT sector.\nA hands-on approach: you lead your team and are actively involved in day-to-day operations.\nBusiness-fluent German and very good English -
