You'll work with modern LLMs, agent frameworks, and production AI systems that solve real business problems.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nBuild AI agents, Voice AI solutions, and intelligent automation workflows.\n\nDesign and develop AI-powered applications using modern LLMs and agent frameworks.\n\nBuild RAG pipelines and integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, CRMs, and third-party services.\n\nDesign prompts, agent workflows, memory, and tool-calling capabilities.\n\nOptimize AI systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.\n\nExplore new AI models, frameworks, and technologies, applying the best solutions to real-world use cases.\n\nCollaborate with engineers and clients to deliver production-ready AI solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n1–3 years of commercial experience in AI Engineering.\n\nStrong Python skills.\n\nHands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and AI-powered applications.\n\nExperience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks.\n\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration concepts.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, ownership
