You'll work on complex AI systems with a strong focus on Voice AI, collaborating directly with clients and taking ownership of features from design to production. \n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nDeliver production-ready AI solutions for international clients from concept to deployment.\n\nDesign and build AI-powered applications with a strong focus on Voice AI and intelligent automation.\n\nIntegrate LLMs, third-party APIs, and business systems into scalable software solutions.\n\nOwn technical implementation, make architectural decisions, and ensure high code quality.\n\nCollaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements, discuss technical solutions, and deliver business value.\n\nContinuously explore new AI technologies and apply them to real-world customer challenges.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n3+ years of commercial experience in Python development.\n\nHands-on experience with developing AI-powered applications.\n\nStrong software design and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to independently own features and deliver projects with minimal supervision.\n\nExcellent communication skills and confidence working directly with international clients.\n\nEnglish
