assigned iGaming partners, building strong, trusting relationships\nEngage with partners via calls and meetings to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction\nInform partners about new products, services, and tools; present demos to facilitate understanding and adoption\nEnsure all relevant partner contact information is updated and shared with internal teams (e.g., B2B, Sales)\nTake full ownership of the process for activating, integrating, and enhancing existing tools, services, and products\nCoordinate closely with product and project management teams to ensure smooth rollout of features\nSubmit and track addendum creation requests related to partner agreements or product use\nManage changes and updates on partner websites, including content accuracy and presentation\nOversee the content review process and ensure alignment with company standards and local regulations\nReview and approve new websites submitted by the Project Management department before launch\nMonitor key operational metrics for each partner, including limits, turnover, and profit performance\nTrack and analyze partner site data to proactively identify opportunities or issues\nEnsure partners have all the necessary access and credentials for smooth operations\nLiaise with Sales and Finance teams regarding partner invoices, payment follow-ups, and deductions\nAssist in resolving financial-related queries or issues\nFollow up on invoicing cycles, payments, and bonus processing (especially for White Label partners)\nCollaborate with the Compliance team to ensure partner sites meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements\nProcess site closures and terminations in accordance with policy\nMaintain confidentiality regarding partner data, internal sheets, and salary-related information\nJoin regular cross-departmental meetings to resolve partner queries and deliver solutions\nFulfill internal documentation requirements accurately and within deadlines\nSupport management with urgent requests, including occasional off-hours responsibilities\nCarry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code\n\nRequirements\nAt least 1 year of experience in account management and customer support roles in the IT industry\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field\nKnowledge of the iGaming and gambling industry is an advantage\nUnderstanding of account management practices and client relationship development\nProficient in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office tools\nStrong understanding of online gaming platforms and client lifecycle\nAbility to analyze data and prepare performance reports\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilities\nDetail-oriented, confident, and organized\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nOpen to travel
