Financial \nLiaise with Sales and Finance teams regarding partner invoices, payment follow-ups, and deductions. \nAssist in resolving financial-related queries or issues. \n Follow up on invoicing cycles, payments, and bonus processing (especially for White Label partners). \nCollaborate with the Compliance team to ensure partner sites meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements. \nProcess site closures and terminations in accordance with policy. \nMaintain confidentiality regarding partner data, internal sheets, and salary-related information. Internal \nJoin regular cross-departmental meetings to resolve partner queries and deliver solutions.\n Fulfill internal documentation requirements accurately and within deadlines. \nSupport management with urgent requests, including occasional off-hours responsibilities.
