SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of agile projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and define clear user stories
Track project progress, remove impediments, and ensure team alignment with sprint goals
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
Support the implementation of agile best practices and contribute to department-wide agile maturity
Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in agile project management or team coordination roles
Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent, is preferred
Hands-on experience leading agile teams and delivering iterative projects
Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
Ability to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables in an agile environment
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders is a plus
Strong communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across roles and functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or other project tracking tools
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
High emotional intelligence and adaptability
Resilient under pressure and solution-focused
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering value
