ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes\n\nFacilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives\n\nWork closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and define clear user stories\n\nTrack project progress, remove impediments, and ensure team alignment with sprint goals\n\nCommunicate effectively with with the labor code\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field\n1-2 years of experience in agile project management or team coordination roles\n\nAgile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent, is preferred\n\nHands-on experience leading agile teams and delivering iterative projects\n\nSolid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks\n\nAbility to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables in an agile environment\n\nExperience in working with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders is a plus\n\nStrong communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across roles and functions\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English\n\nProficient in Jira, Confluence, or other project tracking tools\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking capabilities\n\nTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approach\n\nHigh emotional intelligence and
