performance optimization\nContribute to the development of internal SDKs and frameworks to accelerate AI agent development across the team\nPartner with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into reliable, maintainable solutions\nRequirements\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)\n 5+ years of professional Python experience, with a focus on modern async and typed code\n Proven track record building scalable backend APIs with modern web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django)\n Hands-on experience with LLM agent design patterns like ReAct and tool-calling, preferably with frameworks like LangChain\n Practical experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)\n Experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster, Airflow)\n Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, PgVector)\n Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, preferably with Azure
