We are focusing SoftConstruct's strategy around AI-powered solutions that give B2B partners a competitive edge in their markets. In this role, you will translate AI capabilities into concrete partner wins, turning strategic vision into deals closed, pipelines expanded, and revenue delivered.\nRole overview\nYou will drive the expansion and commercial success of AI-powered solutions across\nnew and existing iGaming partners, covering CRM, risk management tool,\nrecommendation system, and other products.\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience\n3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales of SaaS, IT, or AI solutions with\nproven track record in consultative sales and closing deals\nUnderstanding of iGaming ecosystem (including player lifecycle, CRM systems,\nrisk management, and core gaming verticals such as casino and sportsbook)\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive sales performance,\noptimize pipelines, and translate AI capabilities into clear business impact\nFluency in English, both written and spoken\nPreferred qualifications\n\nExperience in iGaming or other high-scale digital products\nStrong network within the iGaming industry, with established relationships\nacross operators and key stakeholders\nTechnical education, preferably in IT or a related field\nFluency in additional languages\nResponsibilities\n\nLead the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demo, business case development,\nnegotiation, and deal closure\nProactively generate leads and build a qualified pipeline for AI-driven solutions\nacross key iGaming product areas\nDrive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing partner base\nEngage C-level stakeholders as well as CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to\nposition AI use cases and drive commercial adoption\nWhat success looks like:\nGrowth of AI-driven revenue from B2B partners through new deals\nCross and up-sell of AI products to B2B partners who are already using AI\nClosure of large deals with external market players
