The AI/ML Team Lead will oversee development of multiple AI products in parallel by guiding data professionals and collaborating with business partners. The role requires a broad skillset for creating AI models, a proven ability to lead projects and manage teams, as well as excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\n\nLeverage expertise in analytics, statistics, machine learning, causal inference, and research design to help drive innovation by effectively identifying and applying analytics in day-to-day business decision-making\nHelp formulate the AI product vision by translating business needs into analytics requirements and vice versa, finding the most suitable AI solutions, scoping and coordinating subsequent product development\nGuide AI professionals based on business sense and deep knowledge of analytics and AI, be a founder, advocate, and promoter of the company’s development principles, and participate in recruitment\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics or related field required (advanced degree preferable), with 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML in a business environment\nExperience in leading data science teams and managing multiple products\nExtensive experience in machine learning, statistics, and optimization across a broad range of models and techniques\nExpert quantitative analysis, programming, and data manipulation skills using Python and version control (GitHub, Stash)\nExperience working with large tabular data sets in cloud environments and relational databases\nExperience implementing advanced analytics / data science models into a production environment\nExperience building multistep ETL jobs and data pipelines and working with job-scheduling systems\nExperience building causal inference solutions preferable\nAbility to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly and concisely to audiences at various levels\nExperience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple business stakeholders\nExtensive experience
