Experience in the iGaming industry is a major plus!\nResponsibilities\nStrategy & Campaign Management:\nConceptualize, execute, and optimize end-to-end B2C marketing campaigns and product promotions to drive user acquisition, awareness, and reactivations.\nPlan and run complete marketing initiatives, such as tournaments, promotional contests, and gamified player experiences.\nCollaborate with product, design, content, and CRM teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.\nPartnerships & Influencer Management:Build and manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality deliverables.\nOrganize and oversee collaborations with streamers, influencers, and affiliate partners to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.\nTrack, analyze, and optimize the performance of all external partners and streamer campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.\n Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility:Leverage digital marketing channels (paid acquisition, social media, CRM/email, content marketing, in-app promotions) to increase brand exposure among target audiences.\nIdentify new marketing channels, industry trends, and strategic opportunities to expand market share.\n Performance Tracking & Analytics:Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) for all B2C campaigns and partnerships (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, engagement rate).\nContinuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign success, providing actionable insights to optimize performance. \n RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2C digital marketing.
