establishing and refining internal processes and standards in a rapidly developing environment\nProficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, etc.) and MS Office suite\nComfortable working with large datasets and creating analytical reports\nRequirements\nHigher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in agriculture-related auditing or financial control\nFluent in English, Armenian, and Russian\nAbility to understand and interpret reports from international consultants\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nHigh level of responsibility and ability to work independently\nWillingness to travel frequently to remote locations\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset\nAbility to stay objective and grounded when evaluating
