This role is critical to aligning talent strategy with business goals through advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance insights. You will build and lead a high-impact team that partners closely with HR, Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to deliver actionable insights that improve workforce efficiency, organizational design, and long-term planning.\nResponsibilities:\nLead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business plans, market trends, and organizational goals\nDevelop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions\nDesign and manage headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes, and service levels\nBuild tools and processes to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilization across teams\nDeliver insights on resource efficiency to support data-driven staffing and budgeting decisions\nAssess organizational structure effectiveness, identifying improvement areas and recommending optimal team configurations\nPartner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design, budgeting, and transformation projects\nPresent findings and recommendations to senior executives and contribute to company-wide performance reviews\nBuild and mentor a team of analysts and ensure high-quality delivery, methodology consistency, and stakeholder collaboration\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field\n\n7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR, or management consulting\nStrong expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and headcount optimization \nProven experience in organizational design, operating model assessment, or HR transformation\nAdvanced proficiency inExcel, Power BI, or other analytics tools; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus\nExceptional communication skills and ability toinfluence executive stakeholders\nStrategic mindset with the ability to link talent data to business impact\nFluent inRussian and English; additional languages are a plusWorking Model & Travel:\n\nThis is an on-site role based in Yerevan\nOccasional travel may be required (approx. 5-10%)What We Offer: \n\nCompetitive compensation and annual performance bonus\n\nHigh visibility and influence on company-wide decision-making\n\nOpportunity to build and lead a cutting-edge People Analytics capability from the ground up\nExposure to strategic initiatives across HR, business planning, and transformation\n\nFast-paced, innovation-driven work environment with clear growth opportunitiesEmployer:\n SoftConstruct is a global technology powerhouse specializing in iGaming and digital platform solutions.
