is looking for an HR Administration Specialist to support our HR Department.\nThis is a full-time on-site role as the HR and Administration Specialist for SoftConstructs Creedroomz department located in Yerevan.\nAs the HR and Administration Specialist, the role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the documentation and more.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).\nPrepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.\nCoordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.\nSupport the HR team with organizing internat process\nHandle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide general administrative support.\nAssist in managing employee benefits and maintaining records.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.\nPrepare reports and HR metrics as needed.\nAssist with payroll processing and timekeeping.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAt least 1 year of work experience in HR Administration field.\nUnderstanding of HR principles, employment laws, and practices.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nA proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.\nExcellent knowledge of Russian and English languages.\nRole
