Engineering, Finance, or Economics\n2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement \nCoursework or certification in Data Science or Project Management (e.g., CAPM or PMP) \nHigh proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel for data mining and interpreting operational datasets\nProven ability to build and maintain automated Power BI or Tableau dashboards to track KPIs in real-time\nSkill in translating \"business pain points\" into \"technical requirements\" for IT teams (specifically for automation/RPA projects)\nAbility to perform ROI calculations and NPV analysis for proposed efficiency initiatives \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English \nAbility to collaborate, influence, and build consensus with senior leadership, department heads, and corporate partners\nClear ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights\nA flexible mindset tailored for iterative improvements and fast-paced environments\nHigh precision in data collection and process documentation to ensure accuracy\nSkilled at leading discovery workshops and brainstorming sessions with diverse teams\nExcellent ability to articulate complex process concepts and the case for change to diverse audiences, and to coach departments on CI principles\nWorking Model & Travel:\n\nThis is an on-site role based in
